摘要 随着细纱高速化的发展,钢丝圈是否合理、钢丝圈与钢领配合是否恰当都对成纱质量有较大影响,为此,对钢领与钢丝圈间的受力进行分析,运用SolidWorks软件建立PG1-4254型钢领以及6903-7/0型薄矩形截面钢丝圈、FO-7/0型厚矩形截面钢丝圈和BU-7/0型弓形截面钢丝圈的实体模型,并运用ADAMS软件对钢领与钢丝圈进行仿真分析。结果表明:BU-7/0型弓形截面钢丝圈对钢领瞬时冲击力最小,运行平稳性最好;FO-7/0型厚矩形截面钢丝圈运行平稳性较BU-7/0型弓形截面钢丝圈次之,力的峰值较大;6903-7/0型薄矩形截面钢丝圈对钢领的冲击力最大,运行平稳性较差。研究结果可为钢丝圈的合理使用、设计与制造提供理论参考。 With the increasing of the spinning speed,whether the geometric shape of traveller is reasonable and whether the matching of the traveler and the ring is proper have great influence on the yarn quality. The force between the ring and the traveller was analyzed firstly. Then,entity models of ring and three kinds of travellers were built in Solid Works. The three kinds of travellers are 6903-7 /0traveller with thin rectangular cross section,FO-7 /0 traveller with thick rectangular cross section,BU traveller with bow-shaped cross section. Finally,simulation analysis of ring and traveller were conducted in Adams. The results show the BU-7 /0 traveller with bow-shaped cross section has smallest instantaneous impact on the ring and best operation stability; and FO-7 /0 traveller with thick rectangular cross section has the operation stability lower than BU-7 /0 traveller with bow-shaped cross section,and has a greater force peak; and the 6903-7 /0 traveller with thin rectangular cross section has biggest instantaneous impact on the ring and poor operation stability. The results can provide a theoretic basis for the use,design and manufacture of travellers.
