襄阳市绿色城市发展综合评价研究

Study on Comprehensive Evaluation of the Development of Green City in Xiangyang

基于国内外相关的绿色城市建设经验及评价指标体系,文章从绿色社会、绿色生产和绿色资源综合利用3个方面析取了20个评价指标,初步形成襄阳市绿色城市发展综合评价指标体系和评价方法;再结合襄阳市"十二五"和"十三五"城市建设规划成果,构建出襄阳市绿色城市发展综合评价指标体系;并利用AHP评价法、专家打分法和绿色综合指数法,对襄阳市绿色城市发展进行综合评价.结果表明襄阳市绿色城市综合评价指数为0.78,绿色化程度较高,达到了绿色园林城市建设标准.在此基础上,指出了目前限制襄阳绿色城市发展的具体指标,以期为襄阳市绿色城市建设提供指导.

Based on the analysis of green city construction experience and various kinds of evaluation index system for city construction both at home and abroad,considering the effectiveness of Xiangyang construction on the period of ＂Twelfth Five –year Plan＂ and the results on the ＂thirteenth Five-year Plan＂,we choose 20 evaluation indexes from green society, green construction and comprehensive utilization of green resources. According to the AHP evaluation method, expert scoring method and green comprehensive index, the development of green city in Xiangyang was evaluated comprehensively. The results showed that the comprehensive index of green city in Xiangyang was 0.78, the degree of green is good, and the specific indicators of restricting the development of Xiangyang green city were pointed out. It will provide scientific basis for the construction of green city in Xiangyang.
