摘要 直接抗病毒药物（direct-acting antiviral agent,DAA）可有效清除患者体内的HCV,改善或减轻疾病进程,达到治愈目的。2015年6月30日美国肝病学会发布丙型肝炎诊治指南,为临床规范合理使用DAA提供依据,同时明确丙型肝炎患者治疗前、治疗中及治疗后的监测指标,实现真正意义上的治愈。随着临床上DAA已逐渐广泛开展应用,
