血清解整合素-金属蛋白质酶12在异位妊娠早期诊断中的价值

Clinical Value of Serum A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 12 Level in Early Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨血清解整合素-金属蛋白质酶12（ADAM12）在异位妊娠早期诊断中的价值。方法选择2012年9月至2014年9月荆州市第二人民医院收治的40例异位妊娠孕妇作为研究组，孕周5～10周，另外选取同期产检的50例正常孕妇作为对照组，孕周5—10周。采用荧光免疫分析法检测两组孕妇各孕周血清ADAM12-S水平，并分析血清ADAM12-S水平与孕周的相关性。结果研究组各孕周血清ADAM12-S水平显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。对照组孕妇血清ADAM12-S水平随孕周增加而显著增加（r=0．589，P=0．021）；研究组孕妇血清ADAM12-S水平随孕周变化无明显线性关系（r=0．088，P=0．567）。结论异位妊娠孕妇血清ADAM12-S水平显著低于正常妊娠妇女，检测血清ADAM12-S水平有助于异位妊娠的诊断，为患者治疗赢得宝贵时间。

Objective To explore the clinical value of serum a disintegrin and metalloprotease 12 （ ADAM12 ） level in early diagnosis of eetopie pregnancy. Methods Total of 40 eases of ectopie pregnancy were selected from Jingzhou Second People＇s Hospital during Sep. 2012 and Sep. 2014 as study group,5-10 weeks of gestation, and 50 eases of normal pregnancy during the same period were included as control group, 5-10 weeks of gestation. Serum ADAM12-S level was detected in the two groups by fluorescence immunoassay method ,and the correlation between serum ADAM12-S level and gestational weeks was analyzed. Results The level of serum ADAM12-S in the study group was significantly lower than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Correlation analysis showed that serum ADAM12-S level had significantly linear relationship with gestational weeks changes in the control group （r = 0. 589, P = 0. 021 ）, there were no obvious such linear relationship in the study group （ r = 0. 088, P = 0. 567 ）. Conclusion Serum ADAM12-S level in women with eetopie pregnancy is significantly lower than that of normal pregnant women, the detection of serum ADAM12-S levels can improve the rate of early diagnosis of eetopie pregnancy, so as to win precious time for the treatment.
