复合疗法治疗Ⅲ期压疮的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of " Combination Therapies" Treatment for Stage Ⅲ Pressure Sore

目的探讨"复合疗法"治疗Ⅲ期压疮的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月至2014年10月冀中能源邢台矿业集团有限责任公司总医院收治的62例Ⅲ期压疮患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各31例。两组在治疗进展中均加进行基础干预的加强。对照组采用常规换药措施,观察组在此基础上采用"复合疗法"(氧疗+药物+自制水袋)治疗创面。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组痊愈24例,显效6例,无效1例;对照组痊愈15例,显效9例,无效7例;观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组感染控制时间,形成肉芽组织所需时间显著短于对照组[(3.7±1.1)d比(7.1±0.9)d,(4.5±1.1)d比(11.9±2.7)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组创面水肿消退时间、创面恢复时间显著短于对照组,换药次数显著低于对照组[(3.1±0.2)d比(5.3±0.3)d,(9.4±0.4)d比(13.1±0.3)d,(6.8±0.6)次比(11.7±0.5)次],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在常规压疮的干预措施基础上使用复合疗法治疗Ⅲ期压疮,可以对创面的恢复起到很好的促进作用,并且使患者创面的恢复时间大大地减少。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the ＂ combination therapies＂ treatment for patients stage Ⅲ pressure sore. Methods A total of 62 patients with stage Ⅲ pressure sores were selected in Hebei Central Energy Xingtai Mining Group General Hospital from Jan. 2010 to Oct. 2014, according to the random number table method the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group 31 cases. Both groups＇ treatment were strengthened on the basic intervention. The observation group adopted the ＂ combination therapies＂ （ oxygen therapy ＋ medication ＋ homemade water bag） treatment on wound surface. Results In observation group 24 cases were cured,6 cases had marked effect, 1 case had no effect;in control group 15 cases were cured,9 cases had marked effect,7 cases had no effect;the curative effect of the observation group was better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The infection control time, time needed for the formation of granulation tissue of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group [ （ 3.7 ±1. 1 ） d vs （7. 1 ± 0. 9 ） d, （4.5 ± 1.1 ） d vs （ 11.9 ±2.7 ） d ] , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the edema fading away, the recovery time of the wound of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, the dressing change frequency was significantly lower than the controlgroup[（3.1 ±0.2） d vs （5.3 ±0.3） d,（9.4±0.4） d vs （13.1 ±0.3） d,（6.8±0.6） d vs （ 11.7 ± 0. 5 ） times ], the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Combination therapies on the basis of routine intervention of stage Ⅲ pressure sores, can play a good role in promoting recovery of the wound surface, and largely reduce the recovery time.
