浅析“农民工第二代”犯罪现象与解决对策——以江西省上饶市为例

On the Criminal Phenomenon of Second-generation Migrant Workers and the Countermeasures——a case study of Shangrao City

近几年,"农民工第二代"的犯罪率呈不断增长的趋势。拥有农村户籍,在城市中成长,作为城市中拥有双重"身份"的特殊群体,"农民工第二代"在教育、就业等许多方面处于弱势地位,凸显了社会转型大背景下城乡融合过程中的深刻冲突,给城市埋下深层的治安隐患。文章分析了"农民工第二代"的犯罪特点及犯罪原因,试图从犯罪控制学和司法实践的角度研究对策,为解决这一问题寻找出路。

The criminal rate of second-generation migrant workers has been rising for the recent years.The secondgeneration migrant workers,as a special group with double identities in the city,who have rural residence registration,but live in the city,are actually disadvantaged people in terms of education and employment.This highlights the profound conflict in the process of urban-rural integration under the background of social transformation and also brings some deep-hidden troubles of public security.This article analyzes the criminal characteristics and reasons of second-generation migrant workers,and explores the solution to the problem from the perspective of crime control study and legal practice.
