高校工会维护职能的法治省思——以维护教师“劳动三权”为切入点

A Rule-of-Law Reflection on University Union's Safeguarding Function—to take safeguarding teachers' “Three Labor Rights”as a breakthrough point

"劳动三权"是构建现代劳动关系的基础,它为各国教师工会维护教师合法权利提供了法理支撑。从这个角度来观察,虽然我国高校教师工会在维护教师权利方面发挥了非常重要的作用,但在制度和实践上仍有一定的改进空间。

＂Three Labor Rights＂is the basis for the construction of modern labor relationship,and it gives a legal support to the teacher＇s unions of different countries in safeguarding teachers＇ legal rights.According to this,although China＇s teacher unions at universities have played a very important role in safeguarding teachers＇ rights,there is room for improvement in terms of system and practice.
