摘要
科系类别与职业兴趣的匹配程度的高低直接影响大学生的学习动机和未来的职业倾向。文章运用霍兰德职业兴趣量表对859名在校大学生进行问卷调查,结果表明大学生职业兴趣类型现实型得分最高,而社会型得分最低;不同科系类别与职业兴趣的匹配程度高低不一,如工学学科的科系类别与职业兴趣类型匹配程度最高,而艺术学学科匹配程度最低。唯有处理好专业兴趣与未来职业等多重关系,才能从一定程度上提高大学生科系类别与职业兴趣的匹配程度。
The matching between academic disciplines and vocational interests has a direct effect on the learning motivation and the future vocational trend of college students.The study interviews 859 college students by applying Holland Vocational Interest theory.The result shows that the grade of realistic type in vocational interest is the highest,while that of social type is the lowest.The matching degrees between academic disciplines and vocational interests vary among different subjects.For example,the matching degree between engineering disciplines and vocational interests is the highest,and that between art disciplines and vocational interests is the lowest.Only by dealing with multiple relations between professional interests and future career,can people improve,to a certain extent,the matching degree between academic disciplines and vocational interests of college students.
