高校教师工作卷入的测量与分析——基于思想政治理论课教师与专业课教师比较的视角

Measurement and Analysis of College Teachers' Job Involvement——in the perspective of the comparison between the teachers of ideological and political theory course and the teachers of professional courses

高校思想政治教育是一项系统工程,需要教师高工作卷入。经过对五所高校教师工作卷入情况的调查发现:高校教师的工作卷入与工作表现常常不一致;思想政治理论课教师工作卷入整体水平低于其他专业教师;学校层次、工作时间、职称和学历等因素对教师工作卷入有着不同程度的影响。

Ideological and political education for college is a systematic project,which calls for the high-level job involvement of the teachers.The investigation on the job involvement of five colleges indicates：college teachers＇ work performance is inconsistent with their job involvement;the level of job involvement of the teachers of ideological and political theory course is lower than that of other teachers of professional courses;the job involvement of teachers has been influenced by different factors,such as school level,working time,professional title,and educational background.
