论强化大学生守纪律讲规矩的重要性及对策

On the Importance and Countermeasures of Strengthening College Students' Sense of Discipline and Established Practice

纪律是为维护集体利益并保证工作顺利展开进行而要求成员必须遵守的规章、条文;规矩是要求人们共同遵守的办事规程和行为准则。大学生的健康成长离不开纪律、规矩的约束。守纪律讲规矩是现代文明社会的基本要求,更是大学生的行为底线。当下,一部分大学生组织纪律性不够强,自我约束能力比较弱,甚至以低级、庸俗、负面为时尚,难守政治底线、法律底线和道德底线。强化纪律、规矩的约束已是当前大学生教育管理的重中之重。认识存在偏差、价值观被扭曲、缺乏良性引导和正向指引、缺少有效防控和必要管束等是大学生轻视纪律、漠视规矩的主要原因,高校应把守纪律讲规矩作为德育的一项重要内容和目标来抓,坚持立德树人,强化思想引领;借助反腐大势,树立育人新风;加强纪律教育,注重操行管理;厉行学生守则,强化规矩约束;使大学生敬畏纪律、遵守规矩,自觉践行社会主义核心价值观。

Discipline refers to the regulations and statutes that people are supposed to observe in order to protect the collective benefit and guarantee the operation of work.College students＇ healthy growth can＇t do without the restraint of discipline and established practice.To observe discipline and to follow established practice are the basic requirements of modern civilized society,and moreover college students＇ behavioral bottom line.However,at present,some students rarely have a strong sense of organizational discipline and self-discipline,and what＇s more,they take vulgarity,philistinism,and negativeness as fashion,and find it hard to hold the political bottom line,legal bottom line and moral bottom line.It＇s of utmost priority to strengthen the restraint of discipline and established practice in the work of college students＇ education and management.The main reasons for college students＇ indifference to discipline and disregard for established practice are the following：deviated cognition;distorted values;lack of virtuous guidance and right instruction;lack of efficient prevention-control and necessary restraint.Thus,to make students respect discipline in awe,follow established practice and conscientiously live up to core socialist values,colleges should do the following：to regard the education of observing discipline and following established practice as a target and an important part of moral education;to keep to the principle of moral composition and man nurture;to strengthen ideological guidance;in virtue of the general situation of anti-corruption,to establish a new trend of man nurture;to strengthen discipline education;to pay attention to conduct management;to strictly enforce student regulations;to strengthen the restraint of established practice.
