摘要
以社会关系网络理论和企业管理创新理论为理论基础,研究企业家关系网络和企业管理创新能力的关系,以我国高新技术行业上市公司为样本进行实证检验。研究表明:企业家横向关系网络对管理创新能力有正向影响,企业家机构关系网络对管理创新能力有负向影响;而企业家纵向关系网络则与营销效率负相关,与运营效率和管理效率正相关。因此,企业家一定要重视营造与供应商和客户企业的横向关系网络,慎重营造机构关系网络,适当营造与政府部门的纵向关系网络。
In this paper, the research achievements of social network theory and enterprise management innovation theory are combed, and the listed companies in high and new technology industry of China are taken as samples, to explore the re- lationship between the entrepreneur network and enterprise management innovation ability. Research shows that entrepre- neurs transverse relationship network has positive effect on management innovation ability, and entrepreneur agency rela- tionship network has negative effect on management innovation ability; while entrepreneurs longitudinal network has nega- tive correlation with marketing efficiency, and it has positive correlation with operation efficiency and management efficiency. Therefore, entrepreneurs must attach importance to building enterprise relationship network with suppliers and customers, carefully build agency relationship network, and create the appropriate relationship network with government de- partments.
