摘要
阐述了高聚物注浆的技术原理、技术特点,介绍了该技术在湖北黄(石)黄(梅)高速公路沥青路面半刚性基层预防性补强中的应用过程及处治效果。工程应用表明,高聚物注浆对半刚性基层补强效果明显,非开挖、微创、快速等优点突出,是处治路面基层轻微病害、实现基层预防性补强的较好方法。
In this paper, mechanism, characteristics of polymer grouting technology are introduced, combining with polymer grouting application and effect in asphalt pavement of semi rigid base preventive repair in Hubei Huanghuang expressway. The engineering application shows that the polymer grouting of semi - rigid base has outstanding reinforcement effect, with many prominent advantages such as non excavation, minimally invasion and rapidness. Being a good method of treating pavement minor problems, this technology is able to achieve semi -rigid base reinforcement.
