摘要 文章主要针对电动汽车领域的科技期刊和专利文献,进行了单篇级的科技期刊和专利文献的重要度评估方法和技术的研究。根据现有电动汽车领域的科技文献数据情况,分别建立科技期刊和专利文献的评估指标体系,并确定科技期刊文献和专利的重要度评估方法。开发了相应的软件自动分析工具,在数据集上进行单篇级的科技期刊和专利文献的重要度评估方法和技术的实施。分析结果表明,提出的评估方法具有一定的可行性,为进一步的细化研究和分析奠定了基础。 In view of the scientific journal and patent literature in the field of electric vehicles, this paper researches the im- portance evaluation method and technology of the single level of scientific journal and patent literature. According to the existing literature data in the field of electric vehicles, the paper sets up evaluation index system of scientific journal and patent literature respectively, and determines the importance evaluation method. The paper develops corresponding software automatic analysis tools to implement the importance evaluation method of the single level of scientific journal and patent literature based on the dataset. The analysis result shows that the proposed evaluation method has certain feasibility, which laid a foundation for further research and analysis.
