由于自然环境恶化、野生资源枯竭等问题,克氏原螯虾规模化人工养殖是人们追求安全优质食品的必然途径,其营养需求研究与饲料研制成为了近年研究的热点,本文就这方面的研究进展进行综述,为克氏原螯虾配合饲料的进一步研制提供参考。

Due to the problem such as of natural environment deterioration and wild resource depletion,large-scale artificial breeding of crayfish Procarnbarus clarkii is the inevitable direction for people pursuing safe and high quality food. Research of nutritional requirement and compound feed for Procambarus clarke has become a research hotspot in recent years.The research progress was reviewed to provide reference for the further research of crayfish＇s compound feed.
