摘要
本试验以载菌凹土作为芯材,以明胶、阿拉伯胶复合凹土作为壁材,制备乳酸杆菌微胶囊。结果表明,当菌胶比为1∶8,明胶、阿拉伯胶总用量为4%,比例为1∶1,复合0.4%的凹土,添加固化剂,在p H 3.9时于25℃固化10 min,包埋率最高可达93.6%。该微胶囊经离心收集、冷冻干燥后,在人工胃肠液环境中研究其抗逆环境能力,结果表明,该微胶囊活菌制剂在胃环境中的释放率与游离乳酸杆菌、载菌凹土接近,并在肠环境中能较好地保持活菌比例。证明明胶、阿拉伯胶复合凹土壁材对于乳酸菌具有较好的保护作用。
In this test,Lactobacillus microcapsule was prepared by using attapulgite carried probiotic as the core mate- rial,and gelation and acacia were used as the wall material.The resuhs showed that when the ratio of attapulgite carried lac- tobacillus and gum was 1:8,the concentration of compound gum was 4%,the ratio of glutin and acacia was 1:1 ,the concen- tration of attapulgite was 0.4% ,pH was 3.9,reacted at 25 ℃ for 10 min,the embedding rates of the microcapsules were 93.6%.The microcapsules were collected by centrifugaiton,frozen and dried.The antiadverse environmental capacity of the probiotics product was studied in the artificial gastrointestinal fluid.The results showed that the releasing rate of living lacto- bacillus was roughly the same as the free lactobacillus and the attapulgite carried probiotic,but the living cells could main- tain in the intestinal environment for long time.The results was proved that the composite wall material of gelatin, acacia and attapulgite had good protective effect.
