浅析土木工程专业生产实习教学改革与质量提升

Analysis on the Reformation and Quality Improvement of Production Practice in Civil Engineering Specialty

生产实习是土木工程专业一个重要的实践环节。结合当前就业形势,分别从实习周期、实习基地、学生参与情况以及成绩考核等方面分析了生产实习中存在的各种问题。分析结果表明,应重视实习基地建设,采用校企合作模式,延长实习周期,将实习融入之后的学习中,调动学生的积极性,注重对学生动手能力及分析问题解决问题等能力的的培养,并构建一个多元化的考评体系,让生产实习达到预期的效果。

Production practice is one of the most important practical link in civil engineering specialty. In the current situation, there are some problems in production practice, including practice period, practice base, student participation and results appraisal, etc. The re- sults show that, we should attach great importance to the construction of practice base, the university - enterprise cooperation mode should be adopted, extend the practice period to the next term, the enthusiasm of students should be arouses, the beginning ability and the ability of analyzing and resolving problems should be cultivated, a diversified evaluation system should be built, in order to achieve the desired effect.
