摘要
针对苏里格气田气井泡沫排水采气人工加注成本高、劳动强度大等难点,进行了天然气井平衡罐自动加注泡排剂技术应用研究。该工艺是将平衡罐与气井井筒通过高压软管连接成同一压力系统,且平衡罐重心高于采气树套管阀门,泡排液依靠重力作用自动加注到油套环空中,同时,地面安装远程控制阀,实现了远程控制自动加注泡排剂的功能,大大提高了工作效率。
In view of the high cost and labor intensity of artificial filling of foaming agent for foam drainage gas recovery in Sulige gasfield, a technology of automatic foaming agent filling by balance tank was developed. In this technology, balance tank is connected with wellbore by highpressure hose to obtain the same pressure, and the barycenter of the tank is higher than casing valve of christmas tree. Thus, driven by the gravity, foaming fluid can be automatically filled into tubing and casing annulus. Furthermore, with the installation of ground remote control valve, the remote automatic filling can be achieved. It improves working efficiency greatly.
