农业经济管理学科人才培养中存在着非农化趋势、专业狭窄等问题,导致培养的农业经济管理人才的职业能力与现代农业职业岗位需要不适应。应对农业经济转型与农业经济管理学科创新发展要求,农业经济管理专业人才培养模式改革需要积聚高校各学科综合优势,并以优质交叉学科资源创建复合型人才培养平台,塑造和培养复合型职业技能人才,以实现农业经济管理学科人才职业能力与职业岗位的直接对接。

The existing problems, like non-agriculturalization trend and narrow specialties in the talents cultivating of discipline of Agricultural Economy Management, resulted in the non-adaptability between professional ability of the talents of Agricultural Economy Management and the vocational post requirements of modern agriculture. Dealing with the requirements of the transformation of agricultural economy and the innovation and development of discipline of Agricultural Economy Management, reforming traditional mode of talent cultivating of discipline of Agricultural Economy Management needs to aggregate the comprehensive advantages of every discipline, construct a platform for cultivating compound talents with high-quality interdisciplinary resources, shape and cultivate compound talents with vocational skills, in order to realize the direct connection between the vocational ability and the vocational posts under the discipline of Agricultural Economy Management.
