摘要
工学结合导生制是推进工学结合,强化教学、学习和实训一体化的人才培养模式。浙江省江山中等专业学校建立了"优秀生—导生—导师"和"学生—准员工—合格员工"培养模式,构建了以"四共合作"即基地共建、人才共享、课程共研、班级共办为支撑的技能型人才培养机制。
The working-integrated learning monitorial system is a talents cultivating model to promote the work-integrated learning and strengthen the integration of teaching, learning and training. Jiangshan Secondary Specialized School of Zhejiang province has established the talents cultivating model of "honor student-monitor-mentor"and"student-prospective employee-qualified employee", and constructed the skilled talents cultivating mechanism with the supporting of base constructing, talents sharing, course co-researching and class co-operating.
