摘要
课堂中学习者的学习投入状况是判断教学有效性的重要指标。在初步界定中职课堂"学习投入"概念的基础上,通过卧底式调查发现,中职课堂学习者的学习投入存在"低水平、高分化"的现象,样本之间差异化程度高,而平均值较低,为38.6%;对课堂学习投入状况进行了层级划分,分为"近无效区"、"低效区"、"有效区"、"高效区"以及"理想化区"五个层次;改进中职课堂教学,提升教学的有效性是一个渐进的过程,这一层级划分可以作为教学改进的判断依据。
The situation of classroom learning engagement of students is an important indicator to estimate the teaching effectiveness. After preliminary definition of the concept of "learning engagement" of secondary vocational classroom, it is found through the undercover investigation, in the situation of classroom learning engagement of secondary vocational students, there exists the phenomenon of "low level, high differentiation", with the high degree of differentiation between samples and the low average of 38.6%; the situation of classroom learning engagement is divided into five hierarchies, including"nearly invalid area","inefficient zone","effective area","highly-effective area"and"ideal area"; it is a gradual process to improve the secondary vocational classroom teaching and the effectiveness of teaching, and the five hierarchies can be used as a judgment of teaching improvement.
