教育服务视角下的高职“政产学研市”互动机制探讨

Discussion on the Mechanism of Government-industry-education-research-market Interaction from the Perspective of Education Services

我国长期以来产学研合作的困境,不仅在成果的转化,更在于其运行的内在的体制和机制,高职教育要破解产教结合与校企合作的难题必须从制度创新着手,统合多方因素。基于教育服务理念和利益多赢的思想,从政产学研市"五位一体"的视角探讨了职教运行机制,以政府为主导、以行业企业为引导、以学校为主体、以研究为支撑、以市场调节为依托,将社会服务、经济发展、文化教育有机地融为一体。

There is a plight of industry-education-research cooperation for a long time in China, which is appeared in the transformation of achievements and the inner system and mechanism of cooperation operating. To solve the problems in industry-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation, it is necessary for higher vocational education to innovate the system and integrate various factors. Based on the concept of education services and multi-win benefits, this study discusses the running mechanism of vocational education under the ＂five-in-one＂perspective of government, industry, education, research and market, and explores the new path for integrate the functions of higher vocational education in social service, economic development and cultural education organically.
