摘要
对北京劳动保障职业学院人力资源管理专业2010、2011和2012级的学生进行问卷调查。问卷主要涉及本专业就业形势、毕业去向选择及是否愿意将本专业作为未来就业的首选等情况。调查结果显示,不同年级间的就业意向存在显著差异。根据调查结论提出建议:认清当前就业形势面临的挑战与机遇;完善高职生继续学习深造的政策体系;构建全程化、系统化、个性化的职业指导模式。
In order to understand the employment intentions of the higher vocational students, analyze the employment needs and further strengthen the career guidance of higher vocational students. This paper has given an survey for 2010, 2011 and 2012 grade students of human resources management specialty of Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security. The research results showed that, the grade factor had significant impact on employment intension,the graduation choice and taking HRM professional as the first future employment choice. Finally,this paper put forward the corresponding suggestions : optimizing policy systems for students' further learning, building systematic and individualized employment model,etc..
