摘要
中小学音乐教师素质是影响音乐教育成效的关键因素。当前,东北农村地区中小学音乐教师素质状况表现为:职业情感不足、知识结构失衡、综合能力偏低、教育观念落后。究其原因,在于"应试教育"的理念误导与学校教育漠视学生精神世界的建构以及农村地区音乐教育支持薄弱。因此,提高教师福利待遇、强化在职教师培训、建立区域校际合作、形成大学师资支持已成为提高东北农村中小学音乐教师素质的关键之举。
The quality of teachers of elementary and secondary schools is the key factors to impact the effect of music education. The low quality of teachers of elementary and secondary schools in northeast rural area embodies in professional emotion insufficiency, structure of knowledge imbalance, lower comprehensive ability and backward education idea. The reason lies in the misleading of the concept of "exam-oriented education", the school education ignoring the construction of students' spirit, and the weak supporting for music education in rural area. Thus, for improving the quality of music teachers in northeast rural elementary and secondary schools, it is the key to improve teachers' welfare and strengthen in-service teacher training, establish regional inter-school cooperation, form the university faculty support.
