摘要
以铂电阻温度计套管为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件建立了温度计套管在压力管道中的流体动力学模型和结构力学模型,并运用流固耦合(FSI)分析方法在液固界面进行数据传递,得到了流场中温度计套管的等效应力分布云图和三维流速矢量云图,并结合ASME中的计算方法对仿真结果进行了分析。结果显示,流速矢量云图能较真实地反应出圆柱绕流过程中形成的层流区,湍流尾流区,回流等。应力分布云图,反应出了套管的拉应力,压应力分布区域,对设计者在产品设计过程中,减小应力集中部位的拉应力有很好的参考作用。
Taking platinum resistance thermowell as study object, finite element analysis software is adopted to establish the hydrodinamical model and structural mechanics model of thermowell in pressure piping. FSI analysis method is used to transfer data in liquid-solid interface, thus obtaining the equivalent stress distribution nephogram and three dimensional velocity vector nephogram of thermowell in the flow field. Then combining with the computing method of ASME, the simulation results are analyzed. The results indicate that velocity vector nephogram can truly reflects the laminar zone, turbulent zone, back-flow zone and other zones that are formed in process of flow around cylinder. The stress distribution nephogram reflectes the tensile stress of casing and pressure stress distribution area, it provides a good reference for reducing the tensile stress in the stress concentrated area.
