职业认同——外语教师专业发展的原动力 被引量:2

摘要 教师职业认同是教师对于教师这一职业的积极态度,是教师对其职业角色的积极认知、行为倾向和体验的综合。从职业认同的内涵和特征入手,详细阐述职业认同对外语教师专业发展的影响,并提出促进外语教师职业认同的有效策略,即社会认可和教师反思,对于提高外语教学实效具有较高的实用价值。
