摘要
采用Cu、Sn、Ti、Ni单质粉混合制备了活性钎料,在真空炉中对聚晶CBN进行了钎焊连接,实现了聚晶CBN与Q235钢基体的高强度连接。运用SEM、EDS观察了聚晶CBN与钎料的界面微观组织、元素分布,进行了断口形貌分析。结果表明,该钎料对聚晶CBN的润湿性较好,聚晶CBN的表面发生了界面反应,生成了含有Ti、N元素的化合物,聚晶CBN与钎料的结合强度高于钎料本身的强度。
Using the filler alloy mixed with Cu, Sn, Ti, Ni elemental powder, polycrystalline CBN was brazed in the vacuum furnace, which could achieve a high strength connections between polycrystalline CBN and Q235 steel. By SEM and EDS, the interfacial microstructure and the distribution of the elements between polycrystalline CBN and alloy were ob- served as well as the fracture morphology. The results show that, the wettability of the filler alloy to the polyerystalline CBN is well, there is interfacial reaction on the surface of polycrystalline CBN which generates compounds containing Ti and N elements, and the strength of polyerystalline CBN with the filler alloy is higher than the filler alloy.
