基于FANUC用户宏程序的刀具磨损补偿问题研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对刀具通过调整几何补偿的方法进行刀具磨损补偿时,初始值丢失需重新按步骤获取补偿量增加占机时间的问题,通过分析刀具磨损规律,提出一种对新刀具从零磨损开始补偿,而后根据刀具磨损状态调整补偿量的方法。利用FANUC系统用户宏程序功能,开发的刀具磨损补偿子程序在HTM-TC20数控车削中心上进行验证,有效解决了由于刀具磨损使加工工件过大和刀具磨损补偿问题,减少了占机时间,提高加工效率。该方法也可以移植到Z轴的磨损补偿校正中。 In this article, when compensated by adjusting the geometric approach to solving the problem of tool wear compensation error, if the initial value was missed . It was needed that the amount of compensation was reacquired step by step. It was increased that the method was occupied by machine time. It was proposed that the new method of tool wear compensation by analyzing tool wearing law, that the new tool wear compensation started from zero, and then adjusted ac- cording to tool wear. h is used the custom macro progam function of FANUC system, it was compiled the subprogram of the tool wear compensation, the program has been validated on HTM - TC20 CNC turning center. Issues were effective resolved that the tool wear has been caused the size of excessive workpiece and the tool wear compensation. It has made the account- ing unit time was reduced, and the processing efficiency was improved. As the same time this method could be used in the tool wear compensation of the Z axis.
