摘要
分析了透平叶片的刚性特点和其在切削力的作用下的变形情况,得出各位置的力与变形的拟合关系。根据各区域给定的叶片变形量的控制要求,得出各个区域合理的切削力。将切削力要求体现在变切削参数中,为透平叶片的变切削参数加工提供了理论依据。研究结果表明,将变切削参数加工应用于透平叶片的切削加工中可以有效提高其加工精度。
The rigid characters and the deformation of turbine blade under the action of cutting force are analyzed to reach the fitting relationship of all positions between forces and deformations. The reasonable cutting forces of different po- sitions of turbine blade are got according to the requirements of deformation. The requirements of cutting force are embod- ied in the variable cutting parameters to provide theoretical references for the machining of variable cutting parameters of turbine blade. The results indicate that applying variable cutting parameters to the machining of turbine blade can improve its machining precision effectively.
