一种新型含苯基硅亚甲基-炔丙基聚合物的流变性能

Chem-Rheological Behavior of a Novel Polymer Containing Phenylsilylene and Propargyl-Hexafluorobisphenol A Units

摘要 合成了一种新型的含苯基硅亚甲基一炔丙基聚合物,并利用平板流变仪研究了该聚合物的化学流变特性。研究结果表明:该聚合物具有良好的流动性,且成型过程中有较宽的低黏度平台,在60—211℃温度区间内聚合物黏度保持在1Pa·s以下。根据双阿仑尼鸟斯方程建立了该聚合物体系的化学流变模型。通过实验曲线对所建立的流变特性方程进行了验证,结果表明所获得的流变特性方程可有效地预测聚合物的等温流变行为。 A novel polymer containing phenylsilylene and propargyl-hexafluorobisphenol A was synthesized. The ehem- rheological behavior of PBAFS was investigated by flat rheometer. It showed that the polymer displayed excellent flow-ability and possessed a wide processing window. The viscosity of PBAFS was lower than 1 Pa·s in the temperature range of 60 - 211℃. According to the double Arrhenius equation, a theological model was established and verified by the experiment curves. It showed that the develoned viscosity model could effectivelv nredict the iso-viscositv behavior.
