摘要
针对某矿23采区皮带下山围岩软弱破碎、支护困难的问题,分析表明:围岩性质差、埋深大及支护体与围岩不耦合是巷道破坏的主要因素;U型钢+锚网索喷联合支护能够实现不同支护方式优势互补,使支护体与围岩构成统一的承载体,确保巷道的稳定;巷道采用"36U型钢支架+锚网索+喷浆"联合支护技术,现场效果良好。研究成果为类似条件下的巷道支护提供借鉴和指导。
Aiming at the support difficult problems of a mine 23 mining area belt downhill with soft and broken surrounding, the analysis show that the poor properties of surrounding rock, the large buried depth and the non-coupling support are main factors of the damage of the roadway; U type steel and bolt net cable spray combined support can realize the complement each other's advantage of different support methods, constitute a unified of support and surrounding rock bearing body, and ensure the roadway stability; after the use of "36U profile steel support and bolt mesh anchor and shotcrete combined support technology, field effect is good. The research results are provided for reference and guidance for the roadway support under similar conditions.
