摘要
从金阳矿业集团的实际出发,分析了绩效考核管理系统,利用UML进行建模;使用Power Designer设计了数据库,系统采取表示层、业务层、数据层三层架构进行了实现。系统实现了基础信息管理、绩效考核过程管理、工资计算等功能。
From the reality of Jinyang mining group, the performance assessment management system was analyzed, the use of UML modeling; using Power Designer to design the database, construct the system using the presentation layer, business layer, data layer three layer architecture, the System realized: basic information management, performance evaluation process management, payroll calculation and other functions.
