摘要
当车辆发生碰撞时,安全带对乘员安全具有重要的保护作用,但是,实际生活中安全带的使用率仍然难以保证。其中很重要的一点原因在于安全带佩戴后不够舒适,最常见的就是勒脖子。通过研究安全带固定点的位置并结合CAE分析软件Beltfit,对设计前期安全带的布置进行初步评价并提出改进方向,为后续实车安全带佩戴舒适性的提高奠定基础。
When a vehicle has a crash, seatbeh has an important function to protect passengers, but it' s still difficult to guarantee all people willing to fasten seatbeh. One very important reason is that people feel uncomfortable after seatbeh fastened. The most common is neck strangled. Through the research of seatbeh anchor point position combined with CAE analysis software Beltfit, a better seatbelt layout design and improvement direction were provided.
