基于F公司现有生产线的仿真及优化

摘要 应用Flexsim仿真软件,对F公司实际的汽车零部件生产线进行仿真,分析仿真数据并结合生产线实际状况,以解决生产瓶颈、生产平衡和提高效率为优化目的,确定生产线优化方案,根据条件判断优化方案的可行性。 Applying Flexsim simulation software, auto parts production line of F company was simulated. Combining the simulation data with the a('tual situation, taking solving production bottleneck, balancing production and improving efficiency as the optimization goal, Ihe production line optimization scheme was determined. According to the condition, the feasibility of the optimized seheme was judged.
