摘要 变速器试验台架剪切销在齿轮出现断齿造成过载冲击时会被快速切断,以保护台架等昂贵设备的安全。针对试验中剪切销频繁断裂的问题,结合材料的应力-应变曲线,采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行应力分析,重新确定剪切销颈部尺寸,经过试验验证得到满足试验台架的剪切销,并提出了改进意见。 In order to protect expensive equipment,the shear pins in transmission test bench should be cut quiclky when the gears occur failure resulting in overload and impact.Using stress-strain curve of the material,finite element analysis software ABAQUS was applied to analysis the stress of the shear pins.The neek size of the shear pins was determined again.It was proved by test that it was satisfied to test bench.At last,some proposal was presented.
