摘要 简要介绍了目前汽车座椅骨架轻量化技术的研究概况,从结构轻量化和材料轻量化两方面对汽车座椅骨架轻量化的实现途径进行了阐述。对于汽车座椅骨架,在众多轻量化途径中,材料轻量化的效果优于结构轻量化。镁合金和碳纤维复合材料在轻量化材料中比传统钢铁材料更具有优势,是未来汽车座椅骨架轻量化发展的重点。根据目前汽车座椅骨架制造工艺和成本的需求,采用高强钢、超高强钢进行轻量化设计仍然具有现实意义。 The research status on the lightweight of automotive seat was reviewed. Through the comparison of the research results, the light weight methods, including the lightweight structure and lightweight materials, were discussed in details. Among the lightweight methods, the application of the lightweight material in auto seat frame was prior to that of the lightweight structure on the realization of the lightweight. Mg alloys and carbon fiber composites were the key materials for the auto seat frame lightweight compared with the conventional steel material and would be the key point of the research work in the future. Currently, taking the manufacture process and the cost into consideration, the application of the high-strength steel and ultra-high-strength steels was practically meaningful for the lightweight of the auto seat.
