摘要
为了提高水采矿井主提升效率、降低运输与提升成本,实现连续、高效和安全运输,探讨了圆管带式输送机在使用水力采煤方法的昌元煤矿中使用的可能性。介绍了现有水采煤矿提升方法,分析了斜井开拓采用主斜井提升煤炭存在的问题,并分析了水采煤矿使用圆管带式输送机的优缺点及可行性。实践表明,圆管带式输送机的使用应用解决了斜井水采煤矿主提升溜煤问题,基本消除了安全隐患,提高了斜井开拓采用主斜井提升水采煤矿的提升能力,扩展了水力采煤方法的适用范围,降低了水采煤矿的运输与提升成本。
In order to improve the water main mining shaft promote efficiency, reduce the transportation cost, achieve continuous, efficient and safe transportation, the hydraulic coal mining method in the use of belt conveyor of the possibility of Changyuan Mine was discussed. The existing hydraulic mining for promotion methods were introduced, the slope development problems existing in the inclined mine and the water mining use of the advantages and feasibility of belt conveyor were analyzed. The practice showed that round tube belt conveyor solved the coal slip in inclined shaft of hydraulic mine, basically eliminated the safe hidden trouble, greatly increased slope hydraulic mining inclined mine hoisting capacity, expanded the scope of application of the hydraulic coal mining method, reduced the hydraulic mining coal transportation and upping cost.
