摘要
针对高突矿井煤巷掘进工作面瓦斯涌出大,采用常规钻孔预抽时间长,掘进速度慢的情况,采取了定向千米钻孔预抽煤巷掘进工作面瓦斯的相关技术措施。经过瓦斯抽放效果的监测与对比,预抽期间定向千米钻孔孔口平均抽放浓度保持在87%左右,单孔抽放纯量达1.24 m3/min。与常规钻孔相比,相同预抽时间下瓦斯抽放量提高了2倍,瓦斯含量及瓦斯涌出量明显降低;相同工作面进尺条件下,定向千米钻孔大大节约了预抽时间,掘进速度提高了1.5倍。
Based on large gas emission of high burst mine mining working face, long pre- drainage of normal drilling and slow mining, technology of directional more than 1 000 m drilling pre- drainage roadway mining working face gas was adopted. By monitoring and contrast of gas drainage effect, the average drainage concentration of pre- drainage drilling sustained at 87% or so, single hole drainage scalar quantity achieved by 1.24 m3/min. Comparing with the normal drilling,the gas drainage quantity was 2 times larger under the same pre- drainage time, with low gas quantity and emission, the technology saved the pre- drainage time and improved the mining speed 1.5 times.
