摘要
基于印度MAHA煤矿一直采用传统房柱式炮采或房柱式连续采煤机开采,不仅效率低而且资源浪费严重的情况,经过综合比较多种开采方法,最终决定将房柱式改造为综合机械化固体充填开采,并提出了巷道布置方案。经过配比试验,确定了充填主料矸石和辅料粉煤灰的配比,同时对充填料运输系统的关键部分—垂直投料系统进行了初步设计。与原有的房柱式开采相比,固体充填综合机械化开采实现了煤炭资源的安全高效回采。
Based on the traditional room and pillar mining,room and pillar continuous mining machine mining of MAHA Mine in India,with low efficiency and resources wasted seriously problem,through comparing various mining methods comprehensively,the room and pillar mining was changed to comprehensive mechanized solid filling mining,the roadway arrangement plan was put forward. After matching test,main material waste rock filling and the ratio of fly ash of supplementary material were settled,the key part of filling transportation system vertical feeding system preliminary design was conducted. Comparing to room and pillar mining,comprehensive mechanized solid filling mining realized safe and efficient recovery of coal resources.
