摘要
以粒化高炉矿渣为主要材料,熟料与脱硫石膏作为复合激发剂,添加少量外加剂,制备了新型高效金属矿用胶结材料,探讨了胶结材料的胶结原理以及不同掺量原料对充填体强度的影响规律,确立了切实可行的实验方案。结果表明,胶结材料在适当的配比条件下,其充填体强度对比利用水泥进行充填,28 d抗压强度达到P.O 42.5水泥的3.43倍、P.S.A 32.5水泥的3.82倍,远远优于使用水泥进行充填,同时,用高效胶结料替换水泥,增加了尾矿等废料的掺加比例,降低了充填成本。
Granulated blast- furnace slag as main material, clinker and desulphurization gypsum as composite catalyst, with less additive, new type of efficient metal with cementing material was made, the principle of cementing material and law of different raw material quantity influencing filling body strength were discussed, the experiment plan was settled. The result showed that 28 d strength of cementing material under the appropriate matching was 3.43 times than P.O 42.5 cement, 3.82 times than P.S.A 32.5 cement, far better than cement filling, the technology increased the rejects of mine, reduced the filling cost.
