电力企业在我国的供电行业中处于垄断地位。过去,在电力企业中,管理供电是企业工作的重中之重,而如今电力营销也逐渐受到了供电企业的重视。简要探讨了有关供电企业的电力营销风险和风险控制方法,希望对降低电力营销风险有所帮助。
Power companies in China's power supply industry in a monopoly position. In the past, in power enterprises, the management of power supply is the top priority of enterprise work; and now, power marketing has gradually been the focus of power supply enterprises. This paper briefly discusses the power marketing risk and risk control methods for power supply enterprises, and hopes to help reduce the risk of power marketing.
