基于PMBOK的电力工程管理模式完善研究

The Improvement of Power Engineering Management Based on PMBOK

随着电力工程建设和管理要求的不断提高,传统电力工程管理模式已显陈旧。因此,引入了现代项目管理知识体系(PMBOK)完善电力工程管理模式,并在干系人管理、风险管理、人力资源管理、沟通管理和采购管理等方面提出了改进建议。

With the continuous improvement of the requirements of power engineering construction and management, the traditional power engineering management mode has been obsolete. Therefore, this paper introduces the modern project management body of knowledge（PMBOK）to improve the power engineering management, and the suggestions of stakeholder management, risk management, human resource management, communication management and procurement management are proposed.
