摘要
在建设工程中,造价控制会受到很多因素的影响。因此,如何科学确定和控制工程造价已成为工程项目建设中的难点。简单分析了影响建设工程造价的因素,并提出了有效控制建设工程造价的措施。
In the construction project, the cost control will be influenced by many factors. Therefore, how to determine and control the project cost has become a difficult point in the construction of engineering projects. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the construction cost, and puts forward some measures to control the construction cost effectively.
