摘要
人本原理是管理学中重要的原理之一,它强调以人为核心进行管理。鉴于我国建筑业的特点,人力资源管理大多还停留在传统的人事管理上,制约了企业的发展,影响了企业的竞争力。通过分析我国建筑企业的人力资源现状和人力资源管理与开发中存在的问题,结合人本原理理论,简要探讨了如何做好建筑企业人力资源的开发与管理工作。
Human resource is one of the important principles of management science; it emphasizes the human core management. In view of the characteristics of China's construction industry, human resource management is mostly still in the traditional personnel management, which restricts the development of enterprises, and the competitiveness of enterprises. Through analyzing the present situation of human resource and human resource management and development of construction enterprises in China, this paper discusses how to develop and manage the human resources of building enterprise.
