为促进出租汽车与互联网融合发展,2015-10-10,交通运输部发布了《关于深化改革进一步推进出租汽车行业健康发展的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》)和《网络预约出租汽车经营服务管理暂行办法》(以下简称《办法》)的征求意见稿,拟将"专车"等新业态纳入出租车汽车行业管理,实行分类管理、差异化服务的制度设计。
