鉴于各种原因,每年都会因为空中交通管制工作出现"错、忘、漏"的情况而引发航空安全问题。因此,降低空中交通管制工作中"错、忘、漏"问题出现的概率,提高空中交通管制的工作质量是目前急需解决的问题。

In view of the various reasons, every year because of the air traffic control work ＂wrong, forget, leak＂ the situation and lead to aviation safety issues. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to reduce the probability of ＂wrong, forget, leak＂ problem in air traffic control work, improve the quality of air traffic control.
