摘要
某装配厂检查人员在整车库存存放处巡视时发现,在2014-01装配的一台拖拉机前轮辐板上,与8.8级螺栓相配的弹簧锥形垫圈一个碎裂,另一个开裂(1个前轮上装有6个弹簧锥形垫圈)。之后检查了2014-04的库存车辆,但未发现弹簧锥形垫圈开裂的情况。为了找出其开裂的原因,避免同类事件再次发生,专门分析了已经失效的弹簧锥形垫圈。
When an assembly plant inspection personnel in the vehicle inventory storage place, found that in January 2014 the assembly of a tractor wheel on the front panel, and the 8.8 grade bolts to match the spring cone washer a broken, another cracking（a front wheel is equipped with six spring conical washer）. After that, we examined the April 2014 inventory of vehicles, but did not find the case of spring cone washer cracking. In order to find out the causes of the cracking and avoid similar incidents, this paper analyzes the spring cone washer that has failed.
