摘要
简要介绍了广东韶关钢铁有限公司8#高炉冲渣水系统采用变频调速技术进行节能改造的案例,重点对改造前的运行工况及存在的问题、改造对策和方案、改造效果进行了论述。改造后,系统运行稳定,节能效果显著,自动控制水平明显提高,对同类型系统的改造具有很好的借鉴意义。
This paper briefly introduces the Shaoguan, Guangdong iron and Steel Co., Ltd. 8# blast furnace slag water system using frequency conversion technology for energy saving case, focus on the transformation of the operating conditions and the existing problems, reform measures and solutions, the effect of the reform. After reformation, the system runs stably, the energy saving effect is remarkable, and the automatic control level is improved obviously, which has a good reference value to the same type system.
