文章梳理"辨证论治"说法的历史脉络,在整理研究清代医籍《证治要义》的基础上,提出首次出现"辨证论治"一词的中医文献是《证治要义》,刊刻于1775年,距今正好240年,比已知最早记载这一词组的《医门棒喝》向前推进了50年。清代医家陈当务还对"辨证论治"的内涵做了较为具体的论述,与现代中医对这一术语的表述高度接近。

The article traces back the history of ‘syndrome differentiation and treatment＇, base on the study of Zhengzhi Yaoyi the medical writing of Qing dynasty, propoes that the the first appearance of the word ‘syndrome differentiation and treatment＇ is in Zhengzhi Yaoyi which printed in 1 775, exactly 240 years ago, 50 years before the earliest known in Yimen Banghe.The author CHEN Dang-wu also expounds specifically the connotation of‘syndrome differentiation and treatment＇, this explanition is quite close to the modern form of expression in TCM.
