国医大师禤国维教授中医药治疗新生儿脓疱性银屑病1例

One case of pustular psoriasis of newborn treated with traditional Chinese medicine by TCM master XUAN Guo-wei

新生儿脓疱性银屑病是一种非常罕见的疾病,该病以小脓疱和全身皮肤潮红为主要临床表现。西医对该病的治疗以维生素A类药物为主,联合激素和(或)免疫球蛋白。但维生素A类药物和激素不良反应较大,不适合用于新生儿。禤国维教授认为该病病机属患儿素体不耐,复受湿热毒邪,湿热毒邪蕴积肌肤。急性期,禤教授主张以清热解毒驱邪为主,但应注意固护阴液;恢复期,禤教授强调恢复脾胃功能的重要性。

Pustular psoriasis happened in newborn was very rare in clinic, and its major clinical manifestations were little pimples and general l ushing of skin. The western medicine therapy for this disease was vitamin A combined with hormone or immune globulin. But adverse reactions of vitamin A and hormone were obvious which were not suitable for newborn. Professor XUAN considered that the pathogenesis of pustular psoriasis was insui ciency of natural endowment, and suf ered from damp-heat and toxic pathogens, then damp-heat and toxic pathogens tended to accumulate in skin. Professor XUAN considered that clearing heat, removing toxicity and expulsing pathogen was the main therapy in the acute period, but we should pay attention to protect yin l uid. In recovery phase, professor XUAN emphasized that recovering the function of spleen and stomach was very important.
