郝瑞福诊治老年糖尿病的临床经验

HAO Rui-fu's experience in treating elderly diabetes mellitus

郝瑞福教授认为脾肾亏虚、气阴两伤为老年糖尿病进程中共有的病理基础,同时,瘀血痰浊亦不容忽视。治疗上既重视顾护脾肾,培补气阴,又注意通补并重,脏腑同治。扶正当宗于益气、滋阴之法,祛邪应化痰与活血并重;临证仍需辨明脏腑,分清轻重缓急,审慎而行。

Professor HAO Rui-fu considers that deficiency of both spleen and kidney and deficiency of both qi and yin are the collaborative pathogenesis in the evolution process of elderly diabetes mellitus. Simultaneously, static blood and turbid phlegm should not be ignored. In the treatment, it should not only attach importance to protect spleen and kidney and complement qi and yin, but also pay attention to apply both of dredging and supplementing and cure viscera and bowels simultaneously. Supporting healthy energy should be based on benei ting qi and nourishing yin, and eliminating evils should attach importance to both eliminating phlegm and activating blood. Zang-fu viscera should be identified and order of importance and emergency should be distinguished in clinic.
